I’m Bill Syverson, , an experienced business law & estate planning attorney with deep roots in Sartell, MN and the surrounding St. Cloud area. Contact me today for a consultation, or view my practice areas to learn how I can provide the representation you need.
I spent 12 years practicing business & tax law at Gray Plant Mooty before moving to Stinson Leonard Street, which became Moss & Barnett in 2018. There, I spent 14 years gaining experience in mergers & acquisitions, business succession, corporate law, joint ventures, and commercial mediation.
In 2021, I opened my own law practice and expanded my legal offerings to include estate planning, business mediation, and succession planning. As of today, I’ve served hundreds of business clients and families in navigating the complexities of the Minnesota legal system.
I’ve been practicing law for over 30 years. In that time, I’ve seen laws change, witnessed shocking outcomes in our court system, and defined the areas of law I can provide the best representation for.
What hasn’t changed is how well I listen to my clients. My goal is to understand you and your circumstances thoroughly so that I can develop a personalized plan for supporting you and your legal needs.
My approach is to provide practical and solutions-based legal counsel. I’m a member of the Stearns Benton Bar Association, and I approach every case with an individualized plan to get you the best possible outcome.
My legal practice focuses on:
Although I’m located in Sartell, I work with businesses and families throughout Stearns County, Benton County, and Sherburne County. Wherever you are in Minnesota, I’m committed to providing responsive legal support.
